Abu Ali Islamic Judge the Joker of ISIS returns back again

Abu Ali Islamic Judge, who has shot to fame since the beginning of the control of ISIS group on Raqqa, the man with a bad reputation and the owner of the biggest record of issuing death sentences on defectors and civilians, returned to work again in the security device of ISIS.

Abu Ali is an Islamic judge in the group, where he ran a Sharia court in the city of Mansura in Raqqa mid-year 2013, which worked to marginalize the Sharia court of Raqqa and invalidate many of its decisions and judgments, and it was not able to intervene or to invalidate the judgments of Mansura court .

The man is considered one of the most important security men of ISIS, he works now to call all “repentant” who were in the other factions and military defectors to present repentance again, forcing them to attend an Islamic course in Fardos mosque, and any absence of the repentant will expose them to be accountable, the group seeks through those lessons to persuade repentant to join their ranks to cover the deficit.

Abu Ali was known with his criminality, where he brags that he executed more than 100 people with his hand, there are many dialectical matters about him, the man does not have any certification or experience enables him to manage a court or conduct trials, it is worth mentioning that he was detained in Sidnaya prison before the revolution, and it seems that this might help him to get such position, just for being from Sidnaya prisoners.

Abu Ali worked as a patron of sheep and he later worked as a construction worker, it’s known that he established a tent for election propaganda during the renewal elections of the President of Syrian regime, but he later became the first Islamic judge of the group during 2013/2014.

The group dismiss him later from his post as a result of his bad reputation and harsh judgments, where he has isolated and put under house arrest, but Abu Ali returned to work in the group recently, as a part of ISIS policy to use infamous people to spread fear among civilians, and then isolate them to polish his image in this region or that, to show that the group is punishing abusers of its members and princes.
