Dapequ staid that small village on the Turkish boarders, no one knows about it even the people in Aleppo themselves, even with beginning of the Syrian revolution, Dapequ didn’t have any situation as the villges next to it like Mare’ and Tel rfa’at and there wasn’t a tanks massacre like the one happened in Izaz too, most of its young men used to work in Lebanon or in the large cities .
People in Dapequ knew about the Hadith of prophet Mohammad that talking about the village and about the topography and geographical location that will be good for battles, with the start of ISIS at the beginning of 2013 and started to be more important than Damascus , the head of the Syrian regime , Ahmad on of the people in the village said : I used to believe that my village is out of all the maps even the map of the population and construction and electric grid maps , with the entry of ISIS to the city in the summer of 2013 and they took the big mosque as a headquarter for them , I realized that now we are on all Maps of the world.
Today, at least 30 thousand of ISIS members, look to Dapequ, as a grand epic promised by the Holy Prophet, so ISIS now issuing the famous magazine in the name of “Dapequ” because of its historical and ideological manifestations of his point of view , Dapequ was not the land of promise only for ISIS members , there was the historically famous battle of Marj Dapequ in 1516, the beginning of the Ottoman conquests and the door to the Ottomans to enter Syria and the Arab world, to extend their rule for more than 500 years.
based on all that , ISIS and through the media promotion for their major battle in Dapequ they kept on to attract the largest number of fighters into their ranks to convince them that if they were involved in this battle, they will be intent to the messenger prophecy and this is what they shouldn’t give up on .
ISIS strongly wishes that the global media focus on the issue of Dapequ that’s why they slaying their prisoners in there so the slaughter of them will be associated to Dapequ and by this the text of the Hadith will be applied to the village and therefore ISIS will drag the Western world to their crucial battle.
