The harassment was not limited for doctors and truck drivers , with the prevalence of the checkpoints in and outside the city , which has become a real horror for the rest of the civilians staying in ISIS areas , where every civilian is accused with being traitor unless otherwise was proved ,Abo Hussien is one of the civilians in Deir Alzor  and moving a lot between Raqqa and Deir Alzor to get treatment said : crossing the checkpoints is now for me and for a lot of people I know a real panic , especially after targeting these checkpoints by the alliance aviation attacks ,  ISIS has deliberately to strict inspection for each person, and delay the citizens at checkpoints , not to mention the ready-made charges such us smoking , traitor and exceeded the borders , that caused the arrest of many young people without any right, so I was afraid to go by these checkpoints, even if the disease has worsens me.

A lot of decisions were issued about ISIS preventing the women in general from traveling outside of its areas , but it was modified and low the pressure on civilians where women are prevented from traveling to the regime areas , but they can go to turkey and the free army areas m specifying that women on age 50 years old can travel with one of the family men only in case of a medical situation , at the time women under the age 50 are prevented from leaving ISIS areas m except the medical cases and after taking the approval from the medical office of ISIS
