Many of the smoking civilians , quit smoking because of the difficulty of securing and its high price , while other addicted to it and couldn’t quitted it even if they have to even if he had to cut ten kilometers to securing it from traders who say that they are selling cigarettes secretly a way from ISIS , in his turn the reporter of RBSS went to one of smoking traders in Raqqa countryside called Abo kamel , and identified himself as a dealer coming from another city and has a large amount of smoke want to sell at half price , being him traveling out of Syria and he doesn’t want for the goods to stay in Syria, but he has to find a suitable way to move it, Abo Kamel answered him “ if you want to sell this quantity you have to sacrifice with 20 boxes of cheap cigarettes pack to be burned by ISIS, because we will tell the members on the check points that this quantity is the confiscations to burn part of it inside the town to keep suspicions away As well, a conversation between the reporter of RBSS and a shop owner where he buy his cigarettes m the latter said : some of ISIS members are bringing to me cigarettes packs with half price and saying that those packs are from confiscations and I let them enter my home next to my shop being me living alone, they come to me to smoke and my friendship with them is because of benefit, they know that I don’t go to pray at the mosque but they don’t punish me for that , daily comes about seven members including Saudis, Syrians and Iraqis, come to smoking, some of them prefer shisha, sit down at night and spend our evening smoking and playing cards, and then they go after using fragrance and chewing gum to hide the smell of smoke. ”

Thus, the smoking, is the bond between ISIS members and of different nationalities, however, it was not the same with civilians who lost their lives because of cigarette, so ISIS responded them by taking them to the fronts, to be killed by air raid or a bullet of a hostile to ISIS
